- Is the website package set-up fee a one-time expense?
Yes, the website package cost for all packages is a one-time set-up fee.
- What are the required recurring expenses for our website?
An All-In-One Solution monthly plan (from $99) or a monthly website hosting plan ($19) with access to the website editor is the only required recurring expense (other than domain name renewal fees from your domain registrar). Website hosting with the website editor is included will the All-In-One Solution plan. Optional commerce services beyond those included with the package incur various fees. Other optional services and tools incurring various fees includes marketing and advertising services. These are not required expenses, though.
- Do you build restaurant websites in languages other than English?
Our company can build your restaurant website in any language if you supply the text content for inclusion on the website. This includes creating your website with multiple language versions.

- What is the timeframe for our restaurant website to be fully-completed and operational?
The set-up time varies for each project but the average set-up time for the Standard Package and Deluxe Package is one to two weeks. The set-up time for the Ultimate Package is up to four weeks.
- What do you require from us to build our website?
The required items vary according to the package purchased and the project requirements. For all packages, the basic required items include the text content for your website, a logo graphic, menu items and prices, restaurant location, and contact details. High-resolution photos to be edited and resized for inclusion on the website and advertising materials are highly recommended. For the Ultimate Package, photos and videos from photography and videography sessions are edited for inclusion on the website and advertising materials.
- Does your company create a logo or recreate our logo for web design purposes?
It's recommended that you supply a high-resolution logo image that is resized for inclusion on the website and advertsing materials. If a high-resolution version is not available, our graphic design team will re-create your logo with a high-resolution version. If you need us to create an entirely new logo, we will create a high-quality unique logo at no extra charge with the purchase of any package ($49 value).

- Is the All-In-One Solution an optional or required solution when purchasing a website package?
The purchase of an All-In-One Solution monthly plan is optional and not required to purchase a restaurant website package. It's highly recommended, though, due to tremendous value it provides.
